KINAGO ACCESS

HOW KINAGO ACCESS WORKS

From a private Access Code to a working commercial network.

Kinago Access connects authorized people to the exact merchants, services, memberships, subscriptions, and fulfillment opportunities assigned to their organization or location—while the operator keeps control of the gate.

THE OPERATING QUESTIONWho can access what, inside which private scope, under which commercial rules?
01

DEFINE THE PRIVATE POPULATION

Start with the people and places you already control.

Choose the property, community, portfolio, workplace, campus, hotel, association, customer group, or other authorized population that will receive Access.

  • Identify doors, accounts, members, employees, students, guests, or customers
  • Estimate the number of people represented behind each account or door
  • Map the locations and service boundaries attached to the population
02

CREATE THE ACCESS SCOPE

Decide what the Access Code unlocks.

The code routes the authorized user into the correct private Kinago environment. That environment can be tailored to the organization, property, membership, location, or customer group.

  • Approved merchants and service providers
  • Private products, offerings, memberships, and subscriptions
  • Location-specific fulfillment eligibility and customer benefits
03

STRUCTURE THE COMMERCE

Choose how the private network will earn.

The organization decides which revenue layers make sense. It may begin with a simple Access membership and add merchant subscriptions, customer service plans, exclusivity, fulfillment, retail, or sponsorship over time.

  • Set customer Access or membership pricing
  • Define merchant participation and exclusivity terms
  • Choose self-managed, broker-managed, or hybrid operations
04

BUILD THE SUPPLY SIDE

Approve the businesses and fulfillment model.

Recruit merchants directly or use a Kinago Broker. Assign approved, preferred, or exclusive participation by category and location. Decide whether selected products or services will be fulfilled by merchants, the organization, or both.

  • Merchant subscriptions and commercial rights
  • Service expectations and customer benefits
  • Private fulfillment opportunities where density supports them
05

DISTRIBUTE ACCESS

Put the private gate where your population already is.

Share the Access Code through the channels you already control: elevators, lobbies, move-in materials, community communications, employee messages, membership invitations, customer outreach, or private links.

  • The user scans or enters the code
  • Kinago routes them into the correct scope
  • The private commerce experience becomes immediately relevant to them

WHAT THE CODE CAN CONTROL

One entrance. Different private experiences for different groups.

The Access Code is valuable because it does more than open a page. It determines which Kinago scope becomes available to the authorized user.

PRIVATE BUSINESS NECESSITIES

Access can organize private business offerings without pretending to be a physical lock system.

A business can issue an Access Code to approved employees, customers, members, or tenants. Inside the resulting private Kinago scope, they may see permitted services, products, memberships, organization-specific offerings, or a meeting-room reservation opportunity.

Kinago Access controls the digital entrance, reservation or commerce experience, and user scope. Physical entry hardware remains separate unless integrated through an independently supported system.

CONTROL WITHOUT COMPLEXITY

The operator makes the commercial decisions. Kinago organizes the experience.

The organization remains in control of access, pricing, merchant participation, customer benefits, and the fulfillment approach. The platform turns those decisions into a coherent private network.
